New: Pay your utility bill online (secure external site)
Beginning February 21, 2012 the billing operations and customer service for utilities will be conducted at Annetta City Hall. You still have several options in which to pay your bill:
- By Mail: PO Box 1150 Aledo, Texas 76008
- Online
- In person: Annetta City Hall
- Afterhours Drop Box: Annetta City Hall
- Automatic Drafts already in place will continue uninterrupted. Download the Auto Draft form.
- Online Banking: If you use online banking through your bank, please take a few minutes to change the payee to Town of Annetta PO Box 1150 Aledo, TX 76008 and include your account number.
Payments will no longer be accepted at The City of Hudson Oaks after February 21, 2012.
System Improvements
In an effort to ease the most severe restrictions on watering in the future, we have embarked on a major upgrade to the system. These improvements will include new wells and additional storage capacity on the far Northern and Southern sections of the water system. An increase in rates as a result of this upgrade is not anticipated. These improvements are expected to be online by mid to late summer 2012.
