Permits
Building Permits are required in Annetta. Please assume that ALL structures including storage sheds, cabanas, swimming pools and outdoor kitchens will require a building permit and inspections. Please contact the City Secretary with any questions you may have.
Building Inspections
The Building Inspector receives inspection requests by voice mail daily. To schedule an inspection, please call 817 441-5770 after 3:00 pm and press "1" to leave a message.

- Engineering Plan Review
- One percent (1%) of estimated cost of required street, drainage, water and sewer improvements as approved by the City's engineer.
- Engineering cost of construction
- Three percent (3%) of estimated cost of observation and coordination required street, drainage, water and sewer improvements as approved by the City's engineer.
